Zucchini in multivarka prepared very simply, and serve them as a side dish to any meat dish, and as a separate vegetable dish (with vegetarian option). My children squash of any kind do not eat, except only the zucchini in a slow cooker, cooked for this recipe. And, believe me, says a lot 🙂 so, the recipe of zucchini in multivarka: 1. Zucchini a good wash, clean it from the skin and cut into medium pieces. 2. Peel the onion, quarter then slice it. 3. Tomatoes – sliced, garlic – chop. 4. In a saucepan multivarki pour vegetable oil. Add the onion and zucchini. Fry in the “Baking” for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. The zucchini should be soft. 5. Then in a pan add the tomatoes, parsley, salt, garlic. Mix everything. Cook all together in the same mode for another 5 minutes. 6. Next you need to add mayonnaise or sour cream. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the signal. 7. When the slow cooker will emit a signal on completion of mode, choose the mode “heating” and cook the squash in the slow cooker for another 5 minutes, after which they can get from the slow cooker and serve.
