Ingredients

  • Beans, dry 6 tbsp.
  • Carrots — 1 kg
  • Sweet pepper — 1 kg
  • Onion — 1 kg
  • Tomato — 3 kg
  • Salt — 2 tbsp
  • Sugar — 200 gr.
  • Vinegar 9 % — 80 ml
  • Vegetable oil — 200 ml

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 my Beans well, soak overnight, drain the water and boil until tender.
  • Step 2 cut Onions , carrots three on a grater. Fry in butter in a large saucepan for 20 minutes.

  • Step 4 cut into strips pepper. Put sugar, salt, vinegar, stir.
