What could be better than a family meal that begins with a simple chicken soup with vegetables and fresh herbs? Do not strictly follow my recipe, every woman will add my vegetables to taste.

For broth you can get a half chicken with skin or part of it or a chicken breast without the skin. It all depends on what fat you want to get the soup and how much time you have for cooking. - Water — 2 Liters
- Chicken meat — 500 Grams
- Onion — 2 Pieces
- Garlic — 1 Clove
- Carrots — 1 Piece
- Beans — 300 Grams
- Beans asparagus — 50 Grams
- Canned corn — 100 Grams
- Bay leaf — 1 Piece
- Whole allspice — 4 Pieces
- Red hot chilli pepper — 1/3 teaspoon (flakes)
- Salt — 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper — to taste
- Tomato puree — 1/2 Cup
- Lemon — 1/3 Pieces (to feed)
- Green onion — 3 Pieces (for filing)
How to cook “Simple chicken soup with vegetables”
The meat cover with water, bring to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes, drain the broth. Pour the meat with fresh water, bring to a boil, reduce heat. Add the peeled onions, celery, allspice, Bay leaf. Cover, cook for 1-2 hours. Meat should easily keep up with bones. Remove the meat, remove from bones, strain broth, discard vegetables.
Prepare the remaining ingredients. Onions, carrots wash, peel.
Carrot grate, onion and garlic chop, chop celery into thin slices. In hot oil fry the carrots until Golden brown. Then add the onion, garlic and celery, cook until onion has softened.
Add white and green beans and corn. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree, bring to a boil. Lay the roast into the broth, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
