  • 6-8 sausages
  • 200 ml. of warm milk
  • 30 gr. butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • 1 teaspoon with a slide dry yeast
  • 2-2.5 cups flour

How to make sausage rolls – recipe preparation:

  • In warm milk dissolve the yeast and sugar and leave while aside.
  • Melt butter, mix with vegetable oil, salt and egg, then add milk with yeast.
  • Portions add the sifted flour, knead a smooth dough sausage in the dough and form a ball. Brush with vegetable oil, place in a deep bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Before making sausage rolls, cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter.
  • The finished dough divided into 6-8 pieces, wrap the sausages in pastry and lay on a baking sheet. Cover with foil and let stand for 10 minutes until heated oven.
  • The oven heat to 180 degrees, sausage grease egg, and bake until Golden brown.
