Squid is one of the fastest swimmers in the world, second in speed only the sword-fish, tuna and dolphins. However, the fibers of these animals are not so solid and quick to prepare. When choosing squid in the store it is better to take a small carcass, they are much tastier and more tender.
- squid fillet 300 g
