- Mushrooms – 350g
- Cucumber – 2pcs
- Onion – 2pcs
- Boiled chicken – 300g
- Korean carrot – 200g
- Vegetable oil for frying
1.Cut into cubes onion and mushrooms.Fry in vegetable oil onion until Golden and add the mushrooms,stir and fry as long as not to evaporate all the liquid,which is formed when frying mushrooms.
2.Cut the boiled chicken breast.
3.With cucumbers cut off the ends and grate on a coarse grater.
4.Shape the salad in layers:
1st layer-mushrooms with onions+mayonnaise mesh
2nd layer of chicken breast(if you have not boiled in salted water,then season with a little salt chicken)+mayonnaise mesh
3rd layer cucumber+mayonnaise mesh
4th layer of the Korean carrot
