    Ingredients:

    • 100 g pumpkin,
    • 200 ml of milk,

    • sugar to taste.

    Preparation:

    Ingredients:

    • 400 g pumpkin,
    • 0.5 lemon,
    • a handful of pumpkin seeds,
    • 300 ml of yogurt,
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tablespoon sugar,
    • pinch of ground cinnamon.

    Preparation:

  • Peeled and cubed the pumpkin lay out on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 40 minutes.
