The classic pickleis one of the dishes that is the hallmark of Russian cuisine. Pickle is a delicious and refreshing soup with salty cucumbers, a favorite dish of many, especially after roughly spent holidays and weekends. On our website there are lots of tasty recipes pickle, but today we offer you a classic easy recipe to rossignolo.

To prepare the soup you will need:

  • pickled cucumbers – 2 PCs.
  • potatoes – 2-3 PCs.
  • carrot – 1 PC.
  • onion – 1 PC.
  • beef or pork – 250 g
  • pearl barley – 75 g
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • salt, ground black pepper, parsley and dill

How to prepare the pickle:

  • Prepare the broth for this wash and boil the meat until soft, add spices.
  • Some time after boiling, the broth, you must add the pre-cooked pearl barley and cook for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Peel and slice the potato cubes, add to broth.
  • Now prepare the filling – peel the carrots and onions, grind and fry in vegetable oil. When the potato is almost ready, add the dressing.
  • Cucumbers RUB on a large grater and also put in the broth. If you wish to taste, you can pour a little and cucumber pickle.
  • Season with salt and pepper, bring to boil, turn off the heat and cover with lid. Preferably keep it for twenty minutes and then serve. To taste you can add cream.
