- Lamb on the bone – 2 kg
- Onion – 1 kg
- Carrots – 1 kg
- Cilantro – 1 bunch
- Garlic – 11 cloves
- Salt – 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper – 0,5 tsp
- Soy sauce – 0.5 Cup
- Lemon – 0,5 pieces.
- Mustard – 1H.l.
Press 3 cloves of garlic, add the soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon, mustard. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
Lamb chop into medium pieces, pour the marinade and leave to soak for 2 hours.
Then fry the meat in a hot pan with oil on each side until Golden brown.
Onion cut into half rings, carrot cubes.
First fry the onion in the same oil in which meat was browned, then add carrots and fry until carrots polomarket.
Take a saucepan with a thick bottom and put layers: 1. onion+carrot, 2. meat, 3. chopped cilantro+garlic (unpeeled!). Repeat the layers again. Pour boiled water to the middle, a little pepper, salt and stew on low heat for 1.5-2 hours.
