Delicate, moderately sweet, rich jelly from cream and cashew nuts. This dessert has a pleasant combination of creamy and nutty flavor. Perfect for family tea parties or girls ‘ get-togethers.

Description of preparation:

Chopped nuts needs to be boiled with cream, then add the gelatin and pour into molds. It’s simple! The taste of the jelly turns out fabulous!


  • Cream 20% — 250 Ml
  • Nuts — 100 GMS (cashew, walnut)
  • Hot water is 50 Milliliters
  • Instant gelatin — 15 Grams
  • Sugar — 2 Tbsp. spoon
  • Vanilla — 1 Pinch

How to cook the “Jelly nuts”

Prepare the necessary products. Instant gelatin soak in hot water.

Nuts air dry for 5 minutes in the oven at 100 degrees. Cool.
Grind in blender into fine crumbs.

Pour 3 tbsp. of cream, punch until a homogeneous dense mass.

The remaining cream, bring to boil. Adding ground peanut 1 tablespoon, stir with a whisk.

Stir in the soaked gelatine, pour in the nut-butter mixture.
Add the sugar, stir.

Pour into silicone moulds and cool to room temperature refrigerate for 2 hours until fully hardened.
