Sponge cakes are prepared very simple, and resemble candy on a stick, which is quite consistent with the ominously cheerful theme of the celebration. The most popular pumpkins and ghosts, but what’s to prevent you think their cool monsters?

If you work with white chocolate, it can be painted with oil food coloring to a uniform color quality.

There is a very simple option – not to bother themselves with candy, and to pay attention to packaging design, for example, to paint funny faces foil and wrap it any candy, even the store.

Cake “Lollipops” ingredients:

  • 1 sponge cake
  • 200 g cream cheese (mascarpone, cottage cheese),
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g white chocolate

for registration:

  • dark chocolate
  • colored confectionery coating,
  • sugar,
  • coloured mastic
  • sprinkles,
  • wooden skewers or plastic sticks.

Cake “Lollipops” – cooking:

  • Break sponge cake into pieces and grind using a blender into crumbs. Combine biscuit crumbs with cream cheese and carefully stir until smooth.
  • With a spoon separate small portions of the dough, form tight balls and obketive their palms until smooth. Ready balls to send in the refrigerator for 3 hours, so they froze.
  • Prepare frosting. To do this, mix the white chocolate with the vegetable oil and, stirring occasionally, melt it in a water bath until complete dissolution of chocolate.
  • The ends of the wooden sticks okuni in melted chocolate and insert into cake balls. Carefully dip each ball into the melted chocolate so it is covered with glaze and fell out with sticks.
  • Ready-made “Lollipops” put in a stand for lollipops or, if not available, fit a thick piece of polystyrene or foam rubber. Put the candy in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so they are thoroughly frozen.
  • Decorate the lollipops with sugar and confectionery topping better while they are still warm, the decoration is well stuck to the chocolate. A glaze or dark chocolate, on the contrary – before applying to the cooled candy should melt in a water bath.
