- crab sticks — 200 Grams
- shrimp — 150 Grams
- mussels — 150 Grams
- soy sauce — 1.5 Tbsp. spoon
- chicken egg — 3 Pieces
- corn in a jar — 0.5 Pieces
- rice — 100 Grams
- green onions — 1 Bunch
- cheese — 50 Grams
- caviar to taste (for decoration)
- mayonnaise — to taste
How to prepare “fresh salad with crab sticks”
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash rice, boil until tender.
Mussels and shrimps, pour soy sauce and a little warm but do not boil.
Eggs boil until tender. Crab sticks and eggs cut into cubes. Greens chop.
Salad put layers in a large dish or batch, using a serving ring. First layer – rice, brush with a small amount of mayonnaise.
