I really like to cook with the sweet potatoes. Firstly, it is tasty and healthy, secondly, preparing the sweet potato pretty quickly. Today I’ll make cream soup from sweet potato in just half an hour.

Description of preparation:

  • Sweet Potatoes — 700 G
  • Vegetable broth — 2 Liters
  • Onion — 1 Piece
  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp. spoon
  • Cumin — 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red hot chilli pepper — 1/4 teaspoons (flakes)
  • Black pepper — 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt — 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Parsley — to taste
  • Cheese — 100 G (for submission)

How to prepare “Cream soup from sweet potato”

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Vegetables wash, clean.

Sweet potato cut into medium pieces, cover with water, bring to the boil, simmer until tender for 15 minutes. Drain the broth. Pour the vegetable stock.

Chop onion, saute in hot olive oil until soft, add cumin, hot pepper flakes, stir.

Fried, add the broth to the sweet potato, bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Run sweet potatoes through the blender until smooth.

Serve with grated cheese and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
