Kurd is a sweet cream made from berry or fruit puree or juice. According to the method of cooking it is similar to custard. Very tasty and healthy dessert.

Preparing cream-Kurd is very simple and fast. It has a delicate, light, gelatinous structure. After cooling, the Kurds will not become thicker, and will retain its structure as hot. Serve it for dessert or as a sauce for crepes, pancakes, cheesecakes.
- Strawberry — 300 Grams
- Sugar — 120 Grams
- Lemon juice — 30 Grams
- Butter — 100 Grams
- Eggs — 4 Pieces
How to prepare “Cream – Kurd”
Strawberries wash, remove the stems. Frozen should be defrosted and cleaned.
Whisk the strawberries with a blender to a puree.
Egg whisk with sugar.
In the eggs with the sugar, add the strawberry puree and lemon juice.
Mix eggs, sugar, strawberry puree and lemon juice.
Put the saucepan on the stove. Stirring constantly, bring to a Kurd until thick.
Serve cream Kurd warm or cold for dessert.
Tip from the chef:
Upon cooling, a Kurd, as well as custard, covered with a thin crust. This can be avoided if you cover it with cling film so that the film was lying on the Kurds.
