How to prepare “new year vol-AU-vents with cheese and mushrooms”
Prepare all the ingredients. The pre-dough defrost at room temperature.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5-7 mm, and the appropriate size Cup or a glass cut out circles. From half circles cut out of the ring, a little smaller diameter.
