Ingredients:

  • Chicken — 300 Grams (any part)
  • Mushrooms — 150 Grams
  • Onion — 1 Piece
  • Red bell pepper — 0,5 Pieces
  • Apple — 1 Piece (green)
  • Potatoes — 3 Pieces
  • Butter — 2 tbsp. spoon
  • Flour — 1 Tbsp. spoon
  • Cream — 80 Ml
  • Water — 2 Liters
  • Salt — to taste
  • Spices — to taste
  • Greens — to taste

Servings: 6-8

How to cook “Chicken soup with apples”


Prepare all the ingredients.


Chicken wash, put in a saucepan and cover with water. Add salt and cook until tender.


Meanwhile, the pepper cut into strips, potatoes small cubes.


In a pan melt 1 tbsp butter and saute the onion with mushrooms until soft. Add grated peeled apples and simmer all together for about 2 minutes.


Shift the contents of the pan onto a plate, and in the same pan melt remaining butter and fry in it the flour.


Add 1 tbsp. of the broth (which is brewed for soup) and mix until all lumps disappear.


When the chicken is cooked, take it out and remove the meat from the bones. Broth strain, pour back into the pan, add the spices and chicken meat. Bring to a boil.


In boiling broth put sliced potatoes. Cook until soft.


Then add fried onion with mushrooms and Apple. Also add the chopped pepper and continue to cook the soup for about another 7-8 minutes. At the end add flour mixture.


Pour in the cream and add any fresh chopped herbs. Bring to a boil and boil for a few minutes. Cover and let it brew. Chicken soup with apples ready.
