  • Butter — 2 teaspoons
  • Flour — 2 teaspoons
  • Salt — 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Cheese — 150 Grams
  • Milk — 350 Ml

How to make “Cheese sauce”

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the flour to the melted butter.

Whisk the butter and flour until smooth without having to remove the saucepan from the heat.

A thin stream pour in milk, continuing to whisk.

Continue to whisk and heat until the mixture acquires the consistency of ketchup.

Add cheese (shredded or sliced).

Warm and whisk until cheese is fully melted. Once the cheese is melted – remove from heat.
