Ingredients

  • – Chicken fillet – 1/2
  • – Tomato – 1 PC.
  • – Cucumber – 1 PC.
  • – Pita bread – 1 large leaf
  • – Cheese – 50 gr.
  • – Spices – to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • – Greek yogurt (or sour cream) – 3 tbsp
  • – Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard -1 teaspoon
  • – Ketchup – 1 tsp
  • – Fresh dill

Step-by-step recipe

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Add spices.

Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into thin slices.

Make the sauce: 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard and some chopped dill. All mix thoroughly with a spoon.

Dale on a fine grater RUB cheese.

Take a large sheet of pita bread and divide in half. With the sauce, leaving the edges 2-3 see Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the edge layer of chicken, add a little sauce, a layer of tomatoes and sauce, a layer of cucumbers and sauce. Then turn the roll envelope, put in the microwave for 40-50 seconds. I even sprinkle cheese on top of roll before throwing it in the microwave.
