- Apples — 4 Pieces
- Cottage Cheese — 250 Grams
- Egg — 1 Piece
- Sugar — 1.5 Tbsp. spoon
- Cinnamon — 1 Pinch
- Vanilla — 1 Pinch
- Raisins — 1 Tbsp. spoon (optional)
How to make “Apples with cottage cheese in multivarka”
So, first separate the egg yolk from the protein.
Carefully shall pound the yolks with sugar with a beater.
Wipe cottage cheese through a sieve.
And mix it with the yolk-sugar mass, not forgetting to add vanilla and cinnamon. If you decide to use raisins – and run it, just pre-soak in hot water for a few minutes.
