This gorgeous cake can be served on Easter as a modern version of curd Easter.

Cottage cheese 9% 540 Grams
Condensed milk 400 Grams
Vanilla extract 1.5 Teaspoons
Cream 150 Ml
Milk 100 Milliliters
Gelatin 35 Grams

For decoration:

Strawberries and blueberries Grams
Sugar 2 Tablespoons

Method of preparation

  1. Whip the cream. Mix cottage cheese with condensed milk and vanilla extract, add the cream and beat cottage cheese until smooth.

  2. Dissolve the gelatin in warm milk as indicated in the instructions, and add it to your road a lot. Stir to combine.

  3. Fill with the mixture prepared silicone molds and place in the fridge for 10-12 hours. 4. For decoration put 7-10 strawberries and blueberries to put on top of the cake. The remaining strawberries boil with the sugar and grind in a blender. Pour the cooled sauce over the cake, then put fresh berries.
