The currants in this recipe you can use any sour fruit for example, cherries or strawberries.

  • banana: 1 PC.
  • currant: 3 tbsp.
  • yogurt or kefir: 150 ml
  • oat flakes: 3 tablespoons

Prep time: 5 min | servings: 1 serving

1. Mix in the bowl of a blender the banana, add the yogurt, washed berries and cereal.

2. Whisk everything until a homogeneous mass.

3. Pour into glasses and serve, garnished with berries and slices of banana.
